Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly preferred Ability to effectively work 1:1 with students, offering individualized attention and guidance Familiarity with educational strategies and behavior management techniques Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Reliability and commitment to full-time hours throughout the contract period High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus

Responsibilities:
