Your Qualifications:
Possess a CDA, or willing to obtain CDA within 6 months Innately passionate about nurturing young children Strong communication skills Energetic and deeply compassionate Skilled multitasker to match the energy of the classroom Eager to embrace the Montessori philosophy A strong desire to be part of a bigger vision Open to a growth mindset and eager to implement new ideas Collaborative spirit to benefit the students and classroom Physical capabilities, including bending, sitting on the floor, standing for extended periods, and lifting more than 5 lbs
