in Employment is searching for a Job Coach that will be responsible for helping an individual with a disability learn their job duties. This position is part-time with a varied schedule set around your availability. The work location will change but will by in the Greater Toledo Area. People that make successful job coaches typically -

• Have patience with others
• Are trustworthy and reliable to follow through on what they say they'll do
• Can organize and plan their own schedule
• Want to help others reach their goals
• Hate drama and toxic work environments You must have a High School Diploma or GED as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Teaching or training experience is encouraged but motivation to learn and a kind personality are accepted in lieu of experience. Mileage reimbursement available. Hours per week vary between 20-30 hrs/week. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
