ESC The Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio is seeking interested and qualified candidates for a Paraprofessional/Educational Aide position (2 positions available) assigned to Cuyahoga Heights Elementary School for the 2026 - 2027 school year. This assignment is Monday through Friday, for 193.5 days and 7.0 hours per day for the 2026-2027 school year assignment. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma. Ability to obtain the appropriate permit from the State of Ohio. Prior experience working in an educational classroom setting. Demonstrated aptitude for the tasks involved. Be courteous, tactful and understanding of young people Desire, ability, and patience to assist and work with students with special needs in a learning environment on a day-to-day basis. Interest in children and education. Capable of dealing with confidential student records.
