Supervise daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in care. Engage with children through play, storytelling, and hands-on activities that encourage creativity and curiosity. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians regarding their development. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive team environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Address individual children's needs, including those requiring special education support. Requirements Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Experience working with students or children with special needs is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children are crucial traits for this role. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory upon hiring.
