Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help children develop essential skills, build confidence, and enjoy their early learning experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working within a supportive and dynamic team. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate that promote lesson plans literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and physical development in line with early childhood education standards. Support children's developmental milestones through individualized attention, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by encouraging curiosity, cooperation, and respect among students. Assist in classroom organization, including preparing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support ongoing learning at home. Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, special education needs, standardized testing preparation, and childcare best practices. Experience Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies. Experience with early intervention programs or special education services is a strong plus but not required. Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Classroom experience involving infant care, toddler care or preschool-aged children.
Pay:
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
