Position Overview:
We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate Elementary Paraprofessionals to support students in an elementary school setting near Anchor, OK. These positions will work closely with special education staff and classroom teachers to provide academic and behavioral support to students in both resource and general education environments.

Employees will work a total of 15 Fridays throughout the school year.
Responsibilities:
Provide instructional and behavioral support to students under the direction of certified staff. Assist students in the resource room and/or accompany students within general education classrooms. Support students with classroom activities, assignments, and daily routines. Help implement accommodations and modifications outlined by educational plans. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel to promote student success. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Caseload Information:
Elementary-aged students receiving special education services. Support provided primarily in resource room settings and inclusive general education classrooms. Toileting assistance is not expected as part of this assignment.
Qualifications:
Must possess all certifications, clearances, and qualifications required by the State of Oklahoma for paraprofessional employment. Previous experience working with children, particularly in educational or special education settings, is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
