Job Description

LCSD7 is in search of an Instructional Assistant & Friday Gap Care Paraprofessional, working with children 3 to 12 years old, at Honker Childcare and Fremont/Hay elementary school. This is a permanent position w/benefits.

Shift Hours:

Monday

•Friday; 7:00 AM

•3:30 AM; 8 hour shifts

Hourly Wage:

Classified Wage Schedule. Assistant. $17.84

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma and WorkKeys or Two Post-Secondary Education Successful experience working with children ages 3-12 yrs High standards of moral character and ethical behavior Patience and positive attitude Ability to plan and execute age-appropriate activities Ability communicate clearly both orally and written First Aid/CPR or ability to get prior to starting Ability to perform duties of job, including changing diapers Ability to use technology endorsed by the district
