GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking highly relational and dependable Elementary/Middle School Teacher Aides who delight in supporting students and teachers throughout the school day. Ideal candidates contribute to structured, encouraging learning environments where students feel known, supported, and safe, helping sustain a school environment grounded in Christian values and care.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction Support individual students or small groups Supervise students during lunch, recess, car line, and transitions Help maintain an organized, safe learning environment

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

High school diploma required Experience working with children preferred Ability to follow school procedures and direction

SKILLS REQUIRED

Supportive presence and adaptability Attention to detail Calm, respectful communication Ability to manage varied daily tasks

SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP

Serves as a role model in speech, actions, and attitude consistent with a daily walk with Jesus Christ Models personal spiritual growth and a relationship with Christ Demonstrates respect and care for students under all circumstances Follows Matthew 18 principles when addressing misunderstandings Accepts and teaches the God-given worth of each student as created in His imagege.
