Now Hiring Full-Time Teachers & Teacher Assistants Infant, Toddler & Preschool Classrooms Play & Learn Gerstadt Center | Abington, PA Are you a nurturing, energetic educator who loves helping young children grow, explore, and thrive? Play & Learn is currently hiring full-time teaching staff for our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms at our Gerstadt Center in Abington.

What You'll Do Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with Play & Learn's curriculum Support early development through music, movement, art, and play-based learning Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment Collaborate with your teaching team and participate in ongoing professional development Reflect and model Play & Learn's core values in your daily work What We're Looking For Preschool Teacher Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field Pennsylvania teaching certification Previous classroom experience working with young children Assistant Positions High School diploma or equivalent CDA or willing to obtain Associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred Previous experience in a formal child care setting All Positions Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children indoors and outdoors Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic with a passion for early learning Why Join Play & Learn Competitive medical and dental benefits Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Discounted child care for employees Employee referral bonuses A supportive workplace where your work makes a difference Ready to grow your career in early childhood education?
