STS is hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support students in the Bristol Borough School District. 7:50 AM - 2:25

PM Snyder-Girotti Elementary School Hours:

8:05 AM - 2:40 PM Positions are available in: Autism Support (AS) Emotional Support (ES) Life Skills Position Overview PCAs work one-on-one or in classroom settings, assisting students with daily activities, personal care, behavioral support, and promoting independence throughout the school day. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or classroom support to students. Assist students with personal care and daily living activities as needed. Support students with academic, behavioral, and social goals. Encourage independence while ensuring student safety. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school staff. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accurate documentation when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred but not required. Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Ability to obtain and maintain all required employment clearances and background checks.
