Position Overview Provide specialized instruction and individualized support for students in an Autistic Support classroom. Develop and implement lesson plans and learning activities aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and learning needs. Create a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, independence, and academic and behavioral growth. Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student progress and ensure consistent educational strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification with Special Education endorsement Special education teaching experience preferred, particularly working with students with autism or in an Autistic Support classroom Why Join Cross Country Education?
Competitive Pay:
Earn $40.30 - $41.20 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Special Education Teacher, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.Generous Benefits:
