Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Pre-K Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire young learners to explore, discover, and grow! Whether leading a classroom or supporting as an assistant, your passion for early childhood education will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies Support children's individual needs, including those with autism or disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized attention Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children's progress and daily experiences using our app Assist in creating a safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and independence Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in childcare and education Experience with special education techniques, including working with children with autism or disabilities Proficiency in lesson planning across subjects like literacy education, math, and curriculum development Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Classroom management expertise to foster positive behavior and create an inclusive environment Ability to adapt activities for diverse learners and implement behavior management strategies effectively
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
