Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team and provide quality education to our students in our Eldred location. This is a full-time position with benefits after 90 days. This position will begin in August 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating educational environment that is conducive to learning, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance and support to students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be patient and understanding, and possess excellent communication and computer skills. Clearances and a physical are required. Candidates with a coursework in early childhood education are encouraged to apply. Consistent attendance is required for consistency of the program .
Responsibilities:
Help to develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and meet the needs of the students. Create a positive learning environment for students. Encourage children to explore and discover new things. Assist in the development of social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills in children. Supervise and monitor the safety of the students. Maintain records of student progress and development.
