Job Description

STS is now hiring an InstructionalAide for Bear Creek Elementary School in the Elizabethtown Area School District. This position provides classroom support by working closely with teachers and students to promote a positive, engaging learning environment. Job Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Job Type:
Part-Time Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom routines. Provide support to students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Support students with diverse learning needs, including those receiving special education services. Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization. Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, or other assigned times. Encourage student participation and engagement in classroom learning. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success. Perform other instructional support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or related setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and school staff. Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs is a plus. Dependable, patient, professional, and able to work collaboratively. Ability to meet all required employment clearances and district requirements.
