This contract opportunity runs from January through June and offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Positions are available at both the high school and K-8 settings, giving you the chance to impact students of various age groups. Your role will involve providing essential assistance to students, working closely with teachers and staff, and contributing to a compassionate educational atmosphere. Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational or care environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow individualized education plans and assist with behavior management as needed Flexibility, patience, and a passion for encouraging student growth and success High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training or paraprofessional certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:
