This full-time contract role offers variety and the opportunity to work across multiple classrooms, with five positions available to ensure comprehensive student support.

Position Highlights:

Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, allowing for consistent hours and a predictable schedule. Provide essential assistance within general classroom settings, collaborating closely with teachers to foster a productive learning atmosphere. Step in for one-on-one student support when needed, offering personalized guidance and encouragement to help students achieve their goals. Participate in classroom activities, helping to manage instructional materials, monitor student engagement, and reinforce lesson objectives. Work with diverse groups of students, adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs. Communicate with faculty and staff to ensure effective implementation of personalized learning strategies.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in educational support preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues. Adaptability to shift between general classroom assistance and targeted 1:1 support as required. Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward helping students thrive. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to educational support are a plus.
