Job Description

Full Job Description LeGani ECC is currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our early childhood education team. We are hiring for Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher opportunities within our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children, supporting classroom learning, and helping create a positive childcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and interact positively with children throughout the day Assist with classroom activities, learning exercises, and daily routines Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting Encourage positive behavior, social development, and engagement Support lesson implementation and classroom structure Follow daycare health, safety, and operational guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED required Previous childcare, daycare, nanny, or preschool experience preferred Early childhood coursework or related education is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and nurturing personality
Work Location:
In person - Kingston, Pennsylvania LeGani ECC is looking for team members who are passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment for young children.
Pay:
$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
