Job Description

At Adult Enrichment we are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Program Aide. If you enjoy helping others, making a positive difference, and creating meaningful experiences for individuals with disabilities, this could be a great opportunity for you. Job Overview Provide support to individuals participating in our Adult Enrichment Program based on each individual's needs and specific support plan and may assist with a variety of services and activities throughout the day. Duties Provide personal care and assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene, grooming, eating, toileting and other personal needs. Assist with individual's educational. recreational, and enrichment activities. Facilitates health maintenance activities which may include but are not limited to: transfers, ROM (Range of Motion) exercises, or other duties as outlined in the individual's support plan.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 Year Experience working with people with disabilities, plus experience in an adult day program or adult recreational setting preferred. Must pass criminal background checks. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
