Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in fostering a positive learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly children between 1-3 years old, also must be bilingual. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role with classroom activities, providing individualized support to students, and contributing to their overall development. Responsibilities Support children in their learning by providing one-on-one or small group assistance. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Facilitate engaging activities that promote childhood development and social skills. Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the needs of all students are met. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required. Experience Previous experience working with children in settings such as preschool, daycare, or special education is preferred. Background in caregiving or nannying is a plus. Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff In English and Spanish languages.
