9652422-19355 Job Description Make an impact supporting students in an all-special education setting for the 2026/2027 school year! This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for compassionate Paraprofessionals who thrive working collaboratively to meet the needs of higher-needs learners and are committed to fostering growth in an educational environment. Positions are available for a variety of caseloads, including Elementary, Middle School, High School, and possibly Adult Transition. Candidates are invited to specify their preferred age group. Onsite interviews are required, providing the chance to get to know your future teammates and campus firsthand.

Key Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional in educational settings, preferably with special education populations Comfortable and skilled in supporting higher-needs students Valid PA clearances are required Ability to reliably commute for an onsite position Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Availability to work a full school schedule, Monday through Friday, for the 2026/2027 academic year

Role Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with educators and specialists to support individualized learning plans Assist with daily classroom management and small group or 1:1 support Encourage student engagement and independence in academic and social activities Safely and compassionately support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Communicate student progress and needs clearly with teachers and staff You will be part of a supportive campus community dedicated to student success.
