We're hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support for students with special needs.

$23.00/hour Qualifications High School Diploma required Experience working with K-12 students in a classroom setting required Current PA Clearances (within 1 year): FBI, Criminal Background, Child Abuse, Act 24 & Act 168 Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification Reliable transportation Strong communication skills What You'll Do Provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support Assist with IEP implementation and classroom routines Follow behavior support plans and assist with classroom management Support students during activities, meals, recess, field trips, and transitions Document student progress, strengths, and challenges Communicate student needs and updates with teachers and staff Provide accommodations and modifications in inclusive classroom settings Assist with daily living and mobility needs when needed Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment At Humanus, we are devoted to making a difference and improving the lives of others.
