Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings is highly valued Background in behavioral health is preferred and will be especially beneficial in this environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff Ability to work patiently and positively, adapting to the needs of each student Reliable and punctual with consistent availability during scheduled hours

Your Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a student within the VTC program for young adults ages 18-22 Assist with daily tasks, classroom activities, and academic engagement Help implement behavioral plans and strategies, contributing to the student's individual goals Collaborate with educators, therapists, and program coordinators as part of the students support network Ensure a safe and encouraging learning environment where each student can thrive
