With caseloads available across elementary, middle, high school, and potentially adult transition, youll have the option to specify your preferred age group and put your skills to work where you shine brightest. Applicants must be comfortable working with higher-needs students and demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach to supporting diverse learners. This position requires all Pennsylvania clearances and in-person interviews. The work takes place entirely onsite and you must be able to commute reliably to the specified location in Malvern, PA.

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a supportive educational role, ideally within special education Ability to collaborate closely with teachers and specialists Strong communication skills and a patient, proactive attitude PA state clearances (required to begin assignment) Willingness to work onsite and participate in an in-person interview Availability for a full-time schedule, M-F, for the entire school year

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist licensed staff with classroom activities and individual student support Implement individualized education and behavior plans with guidance from certified staff Foster a safe and positive environment that encourages student growth and learning Support students in developing independence and academic progress This contract opportunity provides a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour or less to qualified candidates.
