Paraprofessional (School-Based) The Hope Learning Center

What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one and small group support with classwork, tests, and activities Reinforce learning concepts under teacher or therapist supervision Support students in following IEP and behavior plans, including ABA strategies Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, playgrounds, and on field trips Assist students with personal needs such as mobility, toileting, and self-care Foster a safe and respectful learning environment while maintaining professional relationships with staff and students Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment Perform other duties as assigned by the director to support student successWhat We're Looking For:
