Key Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a paraprofessional, educational aide, or similar role in a school environment strongly preferred Solid communication skills—able to engage positively with students, teachers, and staff Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in meeting the needs of diverse learners Ability to follow direction and take initiative in classroom and individual tasks High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education or child development is an advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities:
