Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Classroom Assistants to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math, social skills, and emotional development Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, structured environment that encourages curiosity and independence Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and transitions to ensure smooth classroom operations Collaborate with lead teachers to tailor instruction for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism Foster strong communication with children, parents, and team members to promote a welcoming atmosphere Support early childhood development principles through mentoring and individualized attention Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and classroom activities Skills Knowledge of early childhood education practices and childhood development principles Experience working with young children in classroom settings or childcare environments Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively using behavior management techniques Familiarity with special education strategies, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods is a plus Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism enhances your ability to support diverse learners Proven classroom management skills that foster a safe and nurturing environment Ability to proofread and review educational materials for accuracy and clarity Passion for mentoring and working closely with children to support their growth Join us at Federation Early Learning Services where your energy and commitment will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
