Engage students through tutoring, proofreading, and interactive activities that promote literacy education and childhood development. Help organize classroom materials, prepare educational resources, and ensure a clean, safe learning space. Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with parents and staff. Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as needed, serving as a flexible team member who enhances the overall educational experience. Skills Strong understanding of special education principles and behavior management strategies. Experience in early childhood education, Montessori methods, or private school environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and team members. Proficiency in classroom management techniques to foster a respectful and productive learning environment. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or autism, demonstrating patience and empathy. Knowledge of literacy education, math fundamentals, and tutoring techniques tailored for young learners. Strong organizational skills for proofreading educational materials and managing classroom supplies.
