$23.25/hr (weekly pay + benefits, W2 employer)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work 1-on-1 with a student with special needs Assist, support, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other team members to improve student achievement Maintain regular and prompt attendance Follow the prescribed daily schedule, adjusting to changes as needed Reinforce learning for individual students or small groups Provide extra assistance to students with exceptionalities, including non-English-speaking students and those with physical or mental disabilities Help prepare materials and equipment for instructional activities Perform non-instructional duties such as snack time, toileting, class changes, and clothing routines Assist substitute teachers when needed Foster positive relationships with the principal, teacher, students, parents, staff, and public Participate in professional learning and staff development opportunities Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work assignments
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent School Setting + Special education Experience Ability to assist with toileting and physical care Join us in providing meaningful support to students with special needs and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment!
