We are currently recruiting for a Kindergarten Assistant to support our Lead Teacher. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging start to our students' academic journeys.

Job Duties:
The Kindergarten Assistant is responsible for supporting the lead teacher in delivering instruction and maintaining a positive classroom culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Instructional Support:
Assisting the Lead Teacher in delivering small group activities and reinforcing core concepts in Reading and Math.
Classroom Management:
Helping to create and maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized learning environment.
Student Supervision:
Monitoring students during transitions, recess, and lunch to ensure safety and positive social interaction.
Differentiated Support:
Working oneonone or in small groups with students to provide extra help based on their individual needs.
Material Preparation:
Assisting with the preparation of daily classroom materials, crafts, and learning centers.
Collaboration:
Working closely with the Lead Teacher and colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Professionalism:
Acting in a professional manner and meeting all mandates in the staff handbook, including attendance and dress code.
Growth & Training:
Participating in staff meetings and professional development trainings.
Communication:
Assisting with parent communication as directed by the Lead Teacher or Principal.
Other Duties:
Completing other supportive tasks as assigned to ensure classroom success.
