Candidates with Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or related degrees are preferred. Act 33/34, NSOR, FBI Clearances and Physical/TB Test required before starting.

  • Previous experience working with young children, such as babysitting, caregiving, or nannying
  • Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education techniques
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom and handle challenging behaviors
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years experience working with children.
(associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred)
