Part-time, Full-time Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Lead Teacher to plan and guide meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and development. Build trusting, nurturing relationships with children and families. Support daily classroom routines — from playtime and meals to transitions and group activities. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment. Observe children's needs and progress, share insights with the Lead Teacher Encourage respect, cooperation, kindness, and creativity among the children. Contribute ideas, enthusiasm, and teamwork to make each day a positive experience for everyone.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Experience working with young children in a group setting is preferred. A caring, patient, and dependable approach to working with children and families. Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude. Must meet state and Kiddie Academy background check and health requirements.
