Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers with the afternoon routine, academic reinforcement , including literacy or math activities tailored to K-2 students Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized learning environment Engage with students individually or in small groups to reinforce lesson concepts and provide additional instructional support Aid in the preparation of instructional materials and classroom setup to facilitate smooth daily operations Assist with end of the day cleaning Skills Experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments Great team player, collaborative , and reliable This position is an excellent fit for passionate individuals eager to support the growth of young learners in a collaborative Christian school environment.
