Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Job Summary Part-Time Preschool Aide (3-Year-Old Class) Tuesdays & Thursdays St. Patrick Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, caring, and energetic Preschool Aide to join our Early Childhood team. This part-time position supports our 3-year-old preschool classroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the school year. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, has a nurturing spirit, and is committed to helping create a positive, Christ-centered learning environment. Job Responsibilities Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and routines. Support students during learning centers, playtime, snack time, and transitions. Encourage positive behavior and social-emotional development. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment. Assist with classroom preparation, clean-up, and special projects. Supervise and engage students during indoor and outdoor activities. Model Christian values and support the Catholic mission of the school. Job Requirements Love for working with young children. Positive, patient, and nurturing demeanor. Energetic, dependable, and flexible. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission and values of St. Patrick Catholic School. Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
