We are seeking a Program Assistant who will provide administrative support to the SCO department and perform related functions as assigned by the program management What you'll do: Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff Provide administrative support to the SCO Department Maintain resources/ databases as required Communicate with program management regarding information related to individual care plans Handle Transportation requests for SCO consumers Assist SCO staff in tracking authorized services Assist SCO staff with initial services requests Additional duties as requested What you'll bring: Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference. Ability to plan and organize work independently Ability to develop and promote collaboration At least One year of experience in the human services or related field Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. What you'll get: The ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals.
