Job Description

Description The Department of Family Medicine at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a Temporary (Hybrid) Program Assistant II. About the Opportunity Call patients to schedule surveys/questionnaires and testing to comply with studies that are ongoing in the Research Division of Family Medicine. Obtains and completes consents with patients for research projects/surveys. What You'll Do Schedule meetings and appointments for Research Division staff/faculty. Attend meetings. Creating Excel Spreadsheets, organizing references and analyze data. Proof read manuscript formatting and edits, paper submissions. Gather information for grant proposals.

Approximately 8.5 months
Work Hours:
37.5 Hours per week Qualifications Associate's degree. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in research and/or public health. Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered All qualifications must be met by the time of employment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic computer knowledge and able to operate standard office software. Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Good verbal and writing skills Good customer service and telephone skills. About WVU West Virginia University is a place of purpose and community.
