Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role within elementary or PreK education Background working with students with developmental disabilities (DD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Skilled in navigating behavior classroom settings and personalized student support Strong communication and teamwork skills Active paraprofessional certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with classroom teachers to provide individualized and small group assistance Employ best practices to support children with varying abilities and behavioral needs Facilitate academic, social-emotional, and functional learning across daily classroom routines Help implement and reinforce instructional plans designed by certified teachers Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate observations effectively Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development sessions

Position Details:
