Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills. Provide attentive toddler care by meeting individual needs for feeding, diapering, rest, and emotional support. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, organized, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, assessments, lesson plans, and standardized testing results as required. Experience Prior classroom experience working with toddlers in daycare or preschool settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is desirable; however, relevant classroom experience can also be considered.
