Requirements:
```- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or toddler care setting
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Strong literacy and math skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities
