What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ParaPro license OR associate's degree OR 2 years of study at an institution of higher education
• Completion of a Teacher Assistant Pre-Employment Training Program approved by the RI Department of Education (RIDE).

• Exemptions:

• hired before January 1, 1999
• have certification as a TA in another state,
• have an associates degree or bachelors degree AND have completed coursework or other training consistent with the TA program standards
• 1 year of Behavioral experience is required
• Candidates must be comfortable with/able to manage elopement Why You will
