Job Description
Small non profit center on the Eastside of Providence is looking for a part time teacher assistant. Hours are M-F 1:00 - 5:30pm Experience preferred. Must be hard working, energetic, dependable and reliable person. Paid holidays, vacation and sick time after 90 days. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children's developmental needs. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Facilitate daily activities that promote learning through play and exploration. Diaper Changing Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering positive interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
