Qualifications:

Valid Teacher Assistant Certification is required Experience working with children in educational settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and a positive, patient approach Ability to follow guidance from lead teachers and special educators

Responsibilities:

Support students in their academic and social development during classroom activities Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and individualized instruction Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and respectful environment for all learners Track student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff Help implement accommodations and modifications as needed
