Preferred Qualifications:

Valid Rhode Island Teacher Assistant (RI TA) Certification OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with recent experience in school settings Strong communication skills and an approachable, student-focused demeanor Ability to follow teacher directions and work collaboratively within a team A passion for helping children achieve their best Previous paraprofessional or educational support experience preferred
