Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Toddler Teacher Assistant! In this dynamic role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster positive developmental experiences, promote social-emotional growth, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap time, and playtime, ensuring safety and comfort at all times Engage children in educational play, sensory activities, and social interactions to encourage curiosity and growth Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences to foster trust and collaboration Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies under supervision Follow mandated reporting laws to identify and report any concerns regarding child safety or well-being Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar caregiving roles is highly preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices is essential Certification in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, or child safety is highly desirable; ongoing training will be provided if needed Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for young children Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children in a professional manner Previous experience in daycare center environments or early childhood education setting Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child feels valued and supported! Pay:
