Job Overview Join our team as a Weatherization Program Assistant and play a vital role in supporting energy efficiency initiatives that benefit our community. In this dynamic position, you will assist with administrative tasks, client communication, and program coordination to ensure smooth operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us deliver impactful weatherization services to eligible households, promoting sustainable living and energy savings. Duties Perform data entry, maintaining accurate records of client information and program activities. Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing files. Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for report preparation, correspondence, and scheduling Coordinate calendar management for program appointments and community outreach events Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy compliance at all times Assist in assessment and evaluation of potential weatherization homes. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably within community programs or social services Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data entry systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive client interactions. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while demonstrating strong time management skills. Pay:
