Key Qualifications:

Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting, especially supporting children 1:1. Demonstrated ability to provide individualized care, encouragement, and instruction. Familiarity with implementing teacher- or therapist-directed plans and interventions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families. High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications in education or child development preferred.

Responsibilities:

Offer dedicated one-on-one support to a pediatric student as assigned. Assist with classroom participation, activities, and reinforcement of lesson plans. Help facilitate daily routines, self-care tasks, and social interactions. Document student progress and report observations to the educational team. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student independence and confidence.
