Key Qualifications:

Experience working as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant in schools, preferably in special education or direct 1:1 student support Background in pediatric care or educational support for children with special needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with students, teachers, and families Knowledge of classroom routines, behavior reinforcement techniques, and individualized educational plans (IEPs) desirable Flexibility, patience, and creativity in supporting diverse learning needs Completion of required district hiring processes and background checks

Primary Responsibilities:
