Job Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Kindergarten Teacher's Assistant! In this dynamic role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a love of learning, develop foundational skills, and promote positive social interactions among children. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while gaining valuable classroom experience in a supportive setting. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans focused on literacy, math, and early childhood curriculum development Support classroom management efforts to maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment Engage with children during activities, encouraging participation and fostering social-emotional growth Help prepare educational materials and classroom supplies to facilitate smooth lesson delivery Monitor individual student needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements such as autism or behavioral challenges Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly Support children's childcare needs during routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and outdoor play Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments Knowledge of early childhood development principles and classroom management techniques Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning for young learners Familiarity with special education practices, including working with individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students Technical proficiency in educational tools and classroom technology preferred Demonstrated ability to work well in team environments within private schools or school settings Passion for early childhood education, preschool teaching, and supporting young children's growth and learning
