Today Job Description Join Our Team at St. John Paul II School! Full-Time Teacher's Aide - Kindergarten St. John Paul II Catholic School | Mitchell, SD Guided by Faith. Driven by Excellence. St. John Paul II Catholic School, part of the Sacred Heart Pastorate, seeks a dedicated, faith-filled Full-Time Teacher's Aide to support our Kindergarten teacher and students. Serving preschool through 6th grade, we offer a Catholic Liberal Education rooted in prayer, academics, and community. Responsibilities include modeling Catholic teachings and values, assisting with lesson delivery and small-group instruction, supervising students during transitions and recess, and partnering with teachers, staff, and families to support each child's success.

Qualifications:

Active, practicing Catholic in good standing High school diploma or equivalent Experience with children preferred, not required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a joyful, proactive attitude Willingness to grow professionally and spiritually This role requires working in a fast-paced classroom, walking/standing throughout the day, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
