Help with lesson planning and preparation to ensure smooth daily operations and effective learning experiences. Work directly with children to support their developmental milestones, including toddler care and preschool activities. Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress through assessments and standardized testing preparations. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, classroom updates, and progress reports. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or preschool environments. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle diverse behaviors effectively. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring sessions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students effectively.
